How to fill this G702/G703 online form

  1. Enter project, contractor, owner or GC, application period, and dates.
  2. Replace the sample SOV descriptions and scheduled values with your own subcontract scopes.
  3. For subsequent applications, enter prior installed work, prior stored materials, and prior retainage from the last certified application.
  4. Enter cumulative installed percentage and presently stored materials. Move installed materials out of stored value to avoid double counting.
  5. Review all flags, then export the payment summary and continuation detail.

What the summary checks

Contract sum to date = original sum + net approved changes. Total earned less retainage = completed and stored − retainage. Current payment due = earned less retainage − previous certificates. Balance to finish, including retainage = contract sum to date − earned less retainage.

This is PayAppKit’s original AIA-style layout. If your subcontract requires an official licensed form or a GC-specific template, confirm the submission format before sending.
