Your project calculations

Project fields, SOV entries, and generated documents are processed in your browser tab. They are not sent to PayAppKit by the calculation or PDF tools. Entries are not saved after you leave the tab. Download your files before closing it.

Email registration

When you register for early access or editable downloads, we store your email address, selected plan, registration source, and registration time. We use these to deliver access to downloads, understand demand, and contact you about PayAppKit with your consent.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand visits and actions such as opening a tool, calculating, downloading a PDF, joining the list, and viewing pricing. Google Analytics uses cookies. We do not send email addresses, project fields, or calculation amounts in these events.

Prepayment

When enabled, Waffo hosts checkout and processes payment details. PayAppKit stores the email, selected plan, amount, order reference, and verified payment status. Card details are handled by the payment provider. A return from checkout is not proof of payment.

Service records and retention

Our host Cloudflare processes requests and technical records to run and protect the service. Lead records are retained until the early-access program ends or you request deletion. Payment records may be retained as required for accounting and dispute handling. We do not sell email addresses or project data. This site does not use advertising cookies.

Your choices

Email contact@payappkit.com to withdraw email consent, request a copy of your registration, or ask for deletion. The operator is Wei Rong, China. Cloudflare and Waffo may process data in other countries.
