Free tools and document review

PayAppKit provides browser-based calculation tools and original-layout construction documents. You are responsible for verifying inputs, contractual retainage rules, previous certificates, approvals, and the format required by your GC or owner. The tools do not certify completion or provide legal, accounting, or architectural advice.

Early access and planned pricing

Free registration reserves an invitation. Starter ($29/month), Pro ($49/month), and Shop ($79/month) describe planned workspace tiers. Annual pricing is ten monthly payments for twelve months: $290, $490, and $790. Registration does not activate a subscription or promise a release date.

Optional founding prepayment

If checkout is available, you may make a one-time prepayment equal to the first month of your chosen tier. This reserves credit for the planned workspace. No automatic renewal occurs. Paid workspace access starts only when we separately offer activation; the free tools remain available independently.

Refunds

Before activation, request a full refund by emailing contact@payappkit.com with your payment receipt or order reference. If we discontinue the planned workspace before activation, we will refund unactivated founding prepayments. We initiate an approved refund within 10 business days; the payment provider and bank control posting time. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Acceptable use and liability

Use the tools only for projects and records you are authorized to handle. Do not submit confidential information through the contact channel unless necessary and agreed. Service availability and document acceptance cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service.

Violations and termination

If you violate these terms, we may issue a warning, restrict or suspend your access, or terminate your account or access to the service, depending on the circumstances. Where permitted by law, fees paid for access terminated due to a violation are non-refundable, except where our refund policy or mandatory consumer rights require otherwise.
